About William Martin Sloane

William Martin Slone is an Anglican/Old Catholic bishop and an attorney practicing in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Dr. Sloane has taught part-time at Atlantic University, Temple University, Widener University Commonwealth Law School, and other colleges. 

Dr. Sloane worked for 35 years on the staff of the General Assembly of Pennsylvania, including a term as Democratic Chief Counsel to the House of Representatives and as the Caucus’s first Compliance & Ethics Director. He now serves as Central Vice-Chair of the Libertarian Party of Pennsylvania. He is a life member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity International
